newspaper project

We've been talking about a new project, something like a themed series ala Deserted Islands/Deserted Cities. It would be the newspaper project, and writers would write plays based on articles from a specific archival newspaper.

We've got a few newspapers already, one from a Mickey Mantle fan, from May 1967, a New York Times from the day President Obama was elected, and on from the day our son Charlie was born on March 7, 2010.

We can post the articles here and people can submit plays too. There are so many stories wanting to be told, and so many different ways to view human progress. It will be exciting to see what people come up with.
